About the Artist

Ellen is a self-taught artist from Western New York. Since early childhood, art has been a great love of hers, especially after watching her mother paint and create all growing up. Long before YouTube was around, Ellen found herself mesmerized by watching art come together at the tip of her mother’s paintbrush. Since then, and after some help from her high school art teachers, she would find whatever she could to express her creativity. As a lifelong musician, growing up in a bluegrass family band set the tone for unconventional thinking, and seeing the fruits of hours of practice.
As a believer of God, and a follower of Christ, Ellen always says we are Created by our Creator to Create” … and so let’s get to it!
